CSS Team Lead
A career in behavioral health doesn’t just change your life, it can have a resounding and lasting positive impact on the lives of others.
We are seeking a candidate to coordinate and implement programs for adults who meet the Seriously Mentally Ill (SPMI) criteria and are enrolled in Community Support Services (CSS). The role includes supervising CSS staff, developing programs, and overseeing service delivery. The individual will also provide some level of direct care to clients.
The ideal applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field. Equivalent experience in a mental health-related field will also be considered.
CBS Case Manager
This position is a collaborative process that is designed to assess, plan, and facilitate the needs of an individual or family’s comprehensive health needs.
This full-time position would also provide attendant care, parent support, wraparound facilitation, and assistance with psychosocial groups as needed. This position also works with children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, with goals to teach them how to manage behaviors to reach their treatment plan objectives.
Experience in treatment planning, problem solving, crisis intervention, as well as working with multi-disciplinary agencies would be helpful.
Candidate must have excellent social and communication skills.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and/or comparable work experience.
