
Oak Haven Apartments
In 2010, ICHD opened Oak Haven Plaza, a 15-unit apartment complex that provides subsidized housing for individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI).
This designated disabled SPMI property offers 1-bedroom apartments with all utilities included! Residents can enjoy on-site laundry, off-street parking, an on-site storm shelter, and comfortable meeting areas, enhancing the living experience at Oak Haven. Rental assistance may be available for qualified applicants. Please note that income limits and designation guidelines apply for residence qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult is required. All adult household members must provide verification of their Social Security number (such as a Social Security card or signed tax forms) and date of birth (via photo ID or birth certificate). For applicants under the age of 18, verification of their Social Security number (Social Security card) must also be provided. Additionally, all applicants who are not U.S. citizens must submit immigration documentation.
