he ACT Manager is an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team of mental health providers. This position is responsible for the planning, management, and supervision of daily operations and delivery of services within the ACT team. This position will work closely with community partners who serve mutual clients, by managing the assignment of referrals, coordinating services, monitoring staff availability, and gathering and providing data required by the Kansas ACT model of care. This position will promote and grow the ACT program through networking with community partners. This position will be required to provide community-based services to clients enrolled in the ACT program.
The ideal applicant must be self-motivated, attentive to detail, reliable, and coachable. Experience working within a team and in a supervisory role preferred. Requires a bachelor’s degree and/or comparable human services work experience.

We are seeking a candidate to coordinate and implement programs for adults who meet the Seriously Mentally Ill (SPMI) criteria and are enrolled in Community Support Services (CSS). The role includes supervising CSS staff, developing programs, and overseeing service delivery. The individual will also provide some level of direct care to clients.
The ideal applicant should possess a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field. Equivalent experience in a mental health-related field will also be considered.
