Oak Haven Apartments
In 2010, ICHD opened Oak Haven Plaza. Oak Haven is a 15 unit apartment complex which offers subsidized housing for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Each apartment is one bedroom and the facility includes laundry, a safe room/community room, and a kitchen for residents to use.
Renters have access to local medical and mental health care facilities.
